You Don't Belong Here, a feature film from producer Mike D. Ware, writer Martin Bartlett, and director Chris McGowan just wrapped principle photography! 

 

The film stars Shane West (A Walk to Remember) and Nikki Roumel (Ginny and Georgia) and was shot in Illinois under SAG-AFTRA Interim Agreement. 

 

Equipment rented includes our ARRI ALEXA 35 kit, ATLAS ORION ANAMORPHIC LENS SET, and ARRI/ZEISS ULTRA PRIME LENS SET. We can't wait to see the finished film! BTS photography from Tom Krawczyk.

Looking for some film fun for the whole family? Look no further! The Chicago International Children's Film Festival is back.

Founded in 1984, the CICFF is the oldest children's film festival in the country and the largest in the world, screening 308 film s from 50 countries during the 39th season in 2022. The festival returns with the best new animation, live-action, & documentary films for kids and teens ages 2-18+. 

Catch the fest November 3-19 at Facets Theater. Opening night celebrations take place at the Chicago History Museum, with special guest, writer and director Matthew A. Cherry.   

 

   

The Black Harvest Film Festival is Chicago's annual showcase for films that celebrate, explore, and sshare the Black, African American, and African Diaspora experience. 

The 29th Black Harvest Film Festival celebrates "Revolutionary Visions"- the history, politics, and art honoring the remarkable legacy of revolutionary struggle across the diaspora, and the intersectionality of Black experiences worldwide. 

The festival will be held in person at the. Gene Siskel Film Center November 3-16, 2023. 

  
    
   

Project Chicago presents the 20th annual Chicago International REEL Shorts Film Festival!

This year's fest features the best short films from throughout the world. With comedies, action, drama,  horror, and more, there is a little something for everyone! Catch the fest November 10-11 at the Chicago Filmmakers theater.
